Neshanic Valley Golf Course is the newest member to the Merri-Makers family of venues. NVGC is located in beautiful Somerset County. It is centrally located and close to many major highways; making it an easily accessible venue for anyone.

However, not let the central location fool you. This venue is truly an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Neshanic Valley Golf Course….

the up and coming premier venue of NJ.

NVGC has two different event locations within one venue. There is the popular, “Room with a View” second floor banquet room with attached veranda. This banquet room holds a capacity of 200 guests for a sit-down reception.

It can be used for a variety of different events: weddings, bar/bat mitzvah, social events, corporate events, golf outings, fundraisers, etc. The banquet room is being renovated and redecorated for the 2009 season. Check back often to see images of the design!

Neshanic’s other event space is their outdoor tent, “Splendor in the Grass”. This tent is put up on golf course property overlooking the entire course!

This area can accommodate a tent large enough to hold 500 guests comfortably.

That being said, it is clear that this space is perfect for a variety of large scale events. Additionally, it is a perfect substitution for anyone who wants an event at NVGC but has too many guests to fit in the banquet room.

“Splendor in the Grass” can be used for all types of events: weddings, picnics, galas, fundraisers, corporate events, golf outings, and much more!
