Montclair State University recently celebrated its 100th year anniversary along with 400 guests who came out for the festivities. To honor such a monumental occasion, the University selected M2 Caterers, an off-premise gourmet catering company, to execute a sit down dinner for 400 people.

The celebratory dinner was held in the University’s new, state of the art athletic complex. With the help of some skillful design concepts, the athletic complex was recreated into a beautiful grand ballroom. The 400 attendees were treated to a gourmet selection of some of M2’s most exquisite culinary creations.

M2 carefully executed an elegant sit down dinner where guests dined upon colossal shrimp cocktail, marinated lamb chops and tender filet mignon.
